Nikolay started working at gamedev in 2005 as a 3D artist, then shifting to product-oriented game design, promoted to Head of Production after tripling revenues for few games of our clients, and now — well. Now, he is the CEO of iLogos — since 2018. And oh, has he seen it all.
Holding a master’s degree in Computer Science, Nikolay is a source of data-driven approach spreading through the company—he knows exactly how to breathe the data and own the data and make the data work for you.
He’s also the one who taught everyone in iLogos how to apply game design principles to managing a game company — that helped us unlock a superpower: the ability to adjust to every business process our clients have.
