Ksenia Prozhogina brings over 16 years of senior leadership experience to her role as CEO at iLogos. She leads the company’s strategy, growth, and operations, driving cross-functional alignment and innovation across the business.
Before becoming CEO, Ksenia served as iLogos’ Chief Operating Officer, where she led major operational and organizational transformations. She is a certified expert in human resources and public relations, and the first Ukrainian to be certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Her background includes leading communications at MHP agro & industrial holding, overseeing 30+ enterprises across Ukraine. As a mentor, speaker, and blogger, Ksenia continues to influence the HR and tech space beyond iLogos.
Under her leadership, iLogos has sharpened its strategic focus, expanded into new markets, and elevated its service delivery, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in game development worldwide.
