Ksenia Prozhogina, with over 15 years of senior leadership experience, serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at iLogos. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s operational efficiencies, strategic HR, and PR initiatives. Ksenia is not only an expert in human resources and public relations but also an influential blogger and mentor in various programs.
Before joining iLogos, Ksenia led communications for MHP agro & industrial holding, managing 30+ enterprises across Ukraine in diverse sectors. She made history in 2016 by becoming the first Ukrainian to be certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a global HR community.
